摘要
通过露头地质调查、地震剖面解释和地层残余厚度图的分析,发现柴达木盆地北缘新生代以右行走滑冲断构造变形为主.走滑冲断构造带内的断层在平面上呈分支复合,剖面上表现为花状构造,走滑逆冲断层上、下盘地层呈不协调产出.
Through field geological survey, interpretation of seismic profiles and analysis of map of relict stratum thickness, it was discovered that the deformation in the north margin of the Qaidam Basin is mainly right-lateral strike-slip thrust. The faults in the strike-slip thrust structural belts are branch or compound in plane and flower structure in section with strata in the hangingwall and footwall of the faults inconsistent. The formation of the Cenozoic right-lateral strike slip thrust structural belts was derived from the dragging stress produced by the activity of sinistral Altyn Tagh fault and the simple shear stress of northeast and northwest direction produced by the collision between Indian plate and Eurasian plate.
