摘要
此文提出依据《1972年国际海上避碰规则》划分狭水道和航道中船舶碰撞的责任时,在考虑谁先造成碰撞危机的同时,也应关注碰撞危险时船舶所采取行动的观点。
In order to clarify responsibilities of collision between vessels in a narrow channel or fairway according to International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972, We should not only pay attention to which vessel make collision risk situation, but also to actions taken by vessels during collision danger situation.
