福建省4城市大学生艾滋病相关知识态度行为调查分析

A Survey of AIDS-related Knowledge, Attitude and Behavior among College Students in 4 Cities of Fujian, China

[目的]了解福建省大学生对艾滋病(AIDS)相关知识、态度及行为的现状,为今后有针对性地开展AIDS健康教育提供科学依据。[方法]采用整群抽样的方法,对福建省4城市部分高校在校大学生进行匿名自填式问卷调查,内容包括AIDS相关知识、态度和行为等25个问题。[结果]共调查4709名大学生,对AIDS传播途径和预防措施完全回答正确的分别为42.8%和9.1%,有32.5%的人还认为蚊虫叮咬会传播艾滋病。行为调查中,有6.4%的人曾经发生过性行为,最近1次性行为时安全套的使用率仅为56.0%;有2.0%的人曾尝试吸毒。[结论]目前大学生对AIDS知识认识不足,性观念和性行为开放,应在大学生中加强系统性的、有针对性的AIDS健康教育。

To investigate the AIDS-related knowledge, attitude and behavior among college students and provide scientific references for AIDS health education. Students selected randomly from colleges were interviewed with anonym uniform questionnaires (inclosing AIDS-related knowledge, attitude and behavior) by means of self-administration in 4 cities of Fujian. Total of 4 709 students were interviewed.The general awareness rate of HIV transmission route was 42.8% and the awareness rate of AIDS prevention was 9.1%;32.5% of students mistakenly thought that mosquito could transmit HIV.6.4% of students had antemarital intercourse and only 56.0% of them used condom in their lately intercourse.2.0% of students tried to use drugs. The level of AIDS knowledge is low in college students and their sexual conception and behavior are open.It is very important to strengthen AIDS-related health education among college students.
