摘要
目的 :观察 D-半乳糖衰老模型大鼠下丘脑弓状核超微结构的变化。方法 :D-半乳糖连续腹腔注射制作亚急性衰老的大鼠模型 ,透射电镜下观察下丘脑弓状核超微结构的变化。结果 :衰老模型大鼠下丘脑弓状核神经元出现线粒体嵴断裂、粗面内质网脱颗粒、高尔基体扩张等变化 ;另外 ,弓状核内的神经毡和部分突触也出现异常改变。结论 :D-半乳糖可导致大鼠下丘脑弓状核超微结构发生明显改变 ,这可能是 D-半乳糖致衰老的作用机制之一。
Objective:To observe the ultrastructural changes of arcuate nucleus in hypothalamus of D-gal aging rats. Methods: The sub-acutely aging rats were made by injecting D-gal into abdominal cavity continually, then the ultrastructural changes of arcuate nucleus were observed under transmission electron microscope. Results: The neurons of arcuate nucleus in hypothalamus of aging rats were observed obvious changes: cristae mitochondriales fractured, GER lost its granules and Golgi complex swelled; in addition, the neuropil and partial synapses were also observed abnormal changes. Conclusions: D-gal can induce obviously ultrastructural changes of arcuate nucleus in hypothalamus, this maybe one of the mechanisms that D-gal inducing aging.
