摘要
应用超声波提取法、索氏提取法、乙醇回流提取法、超临界流体萃取法 (SFE)及酸解醇提法对河南南阳地区不同批次山茱萸药材中的熊果酸进行了提取 ,并用高效液相色谱法 (HPL C)测定其含量 .结果表明 ,超声波提取操作简便 ,耗时短 ,无需加热 ,提取最为完全 ,可取代中国药典中的索氏提取法 .SFE为山茱萸中熊果酸的提取提供了新的方法 .不同样本的山茱萸中熊果酸的质量分数为 0 .14 3%~ 0 .2 74 % .熊果酸是以游离的形式存在于山茱萸中 ,山茱萸酒蒸品中熊果酸含量高于生品 .本实验方法简便快速 ,结果可靠准确 ,可为评价山茱萸的质量提供依据 .
Ultrasonic extraction,soxhlet extraction,ethanol reflux extraction, supercritical fluid extraction(SFE), acidolysis and ethanol extraction are used to extract ursolic acid from cornus officinalis distributed at Nanyang district, Henan province. The content of ursolic acid is determined with high performance liquid chromatography. The results indicate that ultrasonic extraction is simple, with short extracting time, and the most complete without heating. It could replace soxhlet extraction in Chinese pharmacopeia. SFE also provides a new method for the extraction of ursolic acid from cornus officinalis. The mass fraction of ursolic acid in different samples is 0.143%~0.274%. Ursolic acid is freely existed in cornus officinalis.The content of ursolic acid is higher in crude drugs than in processed ones. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and can be used for the quality control of cornus officinalis.
