摘要
目的 :探讨下肢血管疾病高频超声检查的临床价值。方法 :本文对 6 7例下肢血管疾病的超声检查结果进行分析 ,并与CT、X线、手术病理、临床等最终诊断进行对比及长期随访。结果 :下肢血管疾病的声像图 ,各有其相应的特征 ,可作为诊断标准。结论 :高频超声对于诊断与鉴别诊断下肢血管疾病具有重要的临床价值。
Objective:To approach the diagnostic regularity and the clinical value of the lower limb high frequency ultrasonogram of vascular diseases.Methods:The sonograms were compared with the diagnosis of CT, X ray, surgery, pathology, clinic and long term follow up.Results:Vascular diseases of lower limb have their own unique characteristics that can be known as diagnostic standard.Conclusion:There are important clinical value for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of vascular diseases of lower limb with high frequency ultrasonography.
