摘要
目的 总结 34例主动脉弓离断 (IAA)临床资料 ,以期提高对本病的早期确诊率。方法 回顾性分析我院 1 986年 7月～ 2 0 0 3年 3月经手术、心血管造影及磁共振明确诊断 34例IAA的临床表现、实验室检查及手术效果等临床资料。结果 34例患儿中A型 1 8例 ,B型 1 6例 ,未见C型。除四肢脉搏及血氧饱和度改变有一定特异性外 ,体征、X线及心电图检查均无特异性。结论 在临床工作中应提高对本病的认识 ,注意IAA的一些提示特征 ,辅以适当检查 ,做到早期诊断治疗。
Objective To analyze the clinical data of 34 children with interrupted aortic arch (IAA) form 1986 to 2003,and expect to enhance the diagnostic accuracy.Methods Clinical data of 34 children with IAA confirmed by operation,cardiac catheterization and MRI.Results The confirmed 34 cases include:type A 18 cases and type B 16 cases,type C was not seen.there were no special changes in clinical manifestations,X-ray and ECG except the pulse and oxygen saturation of extremity.Conclusions It is very important to recognize IAA in clinical work.Early diagnosis and treatment could be done if we notice the features of IAA and make proper examinations.
