The central 30°blue-on-yellow visual field in normal people

目的:分析我国正常人中央30°蓝黄视野的正常参考值及分布特征。方法:采用Humphrey-750型自动视野计,对114例(202眼)正常人进行蓝黄视野检查,探讨其各指数的正常参考值及分布特征。结果:正常人中央30°蓝黄视野检查结果中,平均光敏感度(mean sensi bility,MS)为25.82±3.74dB,平均缺损(mean de fect,MD)为1.31±2.72dB,模式标准差(patter at andar ddeviation,PSD)为2.86±0.84dB,校正模式标准差(correctedpatternst an-dar ddeviation,CPSD)为1.34±0.91dB;左、右眼MS值及MD值无显著差异;随着年龄的增长,MS明显下降,PSD值和CPSD值明显升高,但MD值与年龄无关;颞侧与鼻侧、上方与下方视野MS值存在显著差异,其中颞侧MS值<鼻侧MS值,上方MS值<下方MS值,在视野的4个象限中,MS均值依次为颞上<鼻上<颞下<鼻下。结论:蓝黄视野计作为一种新型视野检查仪,有助于更早发现青光眼的视野改变;探讨我国正常人中央30°蓝黄视野的正常参考值及分布特征,为区分早期视野异常提供参考依据。

AIM: To analyze the distributive character of central 30°blue-on-yellow visual field in normal people in China so as to obtain the reference values.· METHODS: Humphrey-750 automated perimetry was used to measure the blue-on-yellow visual field in 114 normal individuals (202 eyes), and the normal reference value and distributive character of each index in blue-on-yellow visual field were studied.· RESULTS: In the normal individuals, the mean sensibility (MS) is 25.82±3.74, the pattern standard deviation (PSD) is 2.86±0.84, and the corrected pattern standard deviation (CPSD) is 1.34±0.91. No significant difference on MS and MD between left and right eyes. With the increase of age, MS decreased while PSD and CPSD increased significantly, but there was no correlation between MD and age. MS was with significant difference in temporal and nasal, superior and inferior visual field: temporal MS<nasal MS, and superior MS<inferior MS. In the four quadrants of central visual field, superior-temporal MS<superior-nasal MS<inferior-tempora MS<inferior- nasal MS.· CONCLUSION: The blue-on-yellow perimetry is a new method to find the visual changes in glaucoma earlier, and the abnormal visual field can be found earlier by studying the central 30° blue-on-yellow visual field in normal people in China.·
