成人近视眼患者屈光度、角膜厚度及角膜曲率的关系

Relationship of diopter and corneal thickness and curvature in adult myopia

目的:比较成人近视眼不同屈光度、角膜厚度和角膜曲率的变化及关系。方法:首先分别对成人近视眼患者110例(220眼)进行视网膜检影、角膜厚度、角膜曲率(K1和K2)检查,检查前摘掉角膜接触镜2wk。男55例(110眼),平均年龄24.2±7.1岁;女55例(110眼),平均24.8±6.4岁。屈光度-2.00～-17.50D。按屈光度分为2组:低度近视组(屈光度-6.00D)110眼,高度近视组(屈光度-6.00D)110眼。观察不同屈光度、角膜厚度和角膜曲率的变化和相互关系。电结果:整体样本平均角膜厚度549.4±31.9μm,角膜曲率(K1,K2)K1 44.72±1.32D,K2 43.54±1.26D。低度近视组:屈光度-4.82±1.42D,角膜厚度542.7±32.6μm,K144.73±1.53D,K243.27±1.52D;高度近视组:屈光度-7.53±2.23D;角膜厚度553.4±28.7μm;K144.46±1.13D、K2 43.48±1.03D。男:屈光度-5.70±2.66D,角膜厚度558.4±38.1μm,K1和K2 分别为43.93±1.11D和43.14±1.28D;女:屈光度-6.48±1.80D,角膜厚度545.6±30.1μm,K1和K2分别为45.14±1.17D,44.30±1.33D。结论:低度近视组的角膜厚度低于高度近视组;两组角膜曲率近乎相等,但均无统计学差异(P >0.05)。男性角膜厚度略高于女性,无统计学差异(P >0.05);女性角膜曲率高于男性,有显著性统计学差异(P<0.05)。

AIM: To compare the changes of diopter, corneal thickness and curvature in adult myopic patients and to explore their relationship.· METHODS: A total of 110 adult myopic patients (220 eyes) underwent retinoscopy, corneal thickness and curvature (K1 and K2) checking at 2wk after picking off contact lens. Their average ages were 24.2±7.1a in male patients (55 cases, 110 eyes) and 24.8±6.4a in female patients (55 cases, 110 eyes) respectively. Their mean diopter was -2.0- -17.5D. They were divided into two groups according to their diopters: 110 eyes in Low Myopia Group (≤6.0D) and High Myopia Group (>6.0D) respectively. Different diopters, corneal thickness and curvature were observed and their relationship was studied.· RESULTS: The average corneal thickness was 549.4±31.9μm in the sample set, and the corneal curvatures (K1, K2) were K1: 44.72±1.32D and K2: 43.54±1.26D. In LMG and HMG, the diopters were -4.82±1.42D and -7.53±2.23D respectively, the corneal thicknesses were 542.7±32.6μm and 553.4±28.7μm respectively, and the corneal curvatures were K1: 44.46±1.13D, K2: 43.48±1.03 and K1: 44.73±1.53D, K2: 43.27±1.52D respectively. In male patients, the diopter, corneal thickness and curvature were -5.70±2.66D, 558.4±38.1μm, K1: 43.93±1.11D and K2: 43.14±1.28D respectively; in female patients, the diopter, corneal thickness and curvature were -6.48±1.80D, 545.6±30.1μm, K1: 45.14±1.17D and K2: 44.30±1.33D respectively.· CONCLUSION: The corneal thickness in LMG was lower than that in HMG, and the corneal curvature in the two groups were almost the same, with no significant difference (P >0.05). The corneal thickness of male patients was lightly higher than that of female patients, without significant difference (P >0.05). The corneal curvature of female patients was significantly higher than that of male patients (P <0.05).·
