Cultivation and Stimulation of Intrinsic Motivation in Physical Activities

内部动机是促使人们积极参加体育运动的关键因素。运用文献综述法对当前运动心理学关于体育运动与内部动机的研究作了介绍,探讨了动机气氛、能力知觉、自我定向、反馈信息及教学方式与内部动机的关系,介绍了内部动机培养与激发的原则,旨在帮助人们如何由外部动机向内部动机转化。

Intrinsic motivation is the key element in promoting the participation in sports and physical activities. By using the method of sum up literature,the study introduced researches of current sports psychology on physical activities and intrinsic motivation. In order to help people to move beyond extrinsic motivation to intrinsic motivation,this article discussed the relationship between motivational climate,competence perception,self-determination, information of feedback , teaching style,and intrinsic motivations ; It also introduced the guidelines for cultivating and stimulating the intrinsic motivation.
