摘要
在现代市场条件下 ,以可持续发展为目标的管理首先必须正确地把握和遵循相应的管理范式。针对中国的企业管理实际 ,重点论述并建立了需要我们转变被公理般认可、已成为我们心智模式的传统观念的 9个管理诉求 :今天的管理孕育明天的事业 ;求发展 ,不求生存 ;创新力与控制力的动态效率统一 ;以竞争力而不是以风险承担为导向的制度安排 ;努力使竞争优势异质化、复合化和连续化 ;核心理念的真实性、统帅性、恒久性和渗透性 ;做强重于做大 ;战略与细节的统一 ;无形资产重于有形资产 ;
This paper argues that the sustainable development of enterprises has become the theme of modern enterprise management. Facing the reality of the enterprise management in China and the wrong mental mode formed by the traditional logic of enterprise management, the authors discussed and established 10 claims to management aiming at the sustainable development of enterprise: Today's management should gestate tomorrow's cause;As a strategic logic, management should ask for development not survival;the innovation and the control competences should be coincident each other;the institutional arrangement should be orientated by the competitiveness rather than the risk;the competitive advantages should be heterogeneous, multiple and continuous;the kernel ideas of enterprises should be unfeigned, unchangeable, and influence everything and every aspect of enterprises; the enterprises' strength are more important than their scale;both the strategy and the detail should be paid great attention;the unphysical asset is more important than the physical one and entrepreneurs should be selected by the institution.
