高介电性聚氨酯的合成及性能研究

Studies of Synthesis and Capabilities about a High Dielectric Polyurethane Elastomer

介绍了聚氨酯预聚体和扩链剂及聚氯乙烯的共混反应原理,选择了共混反应的良溶剂,研究了聚氯乙烯的含量、扩链剂的类型和含量以及固化方式等因素对性能的影响,所制备的聚氨酯弹性体具有良好的快速固化性和较高的介电强度及力学性能。

It is introduced that the reaction and mixing machanism of polyetherurethane and cross-linking agent and PVC . There is selection of the good solvent, research of the quantities of PVC, and capabilities are effected by cross-linking style,quantities and curing way. It is concluded that polyethurethane prepared is with good expeditious solidify , rather high dielectric properties and mechanical capabilities.
