摘要
以α 吡咯烷酮为原料经成盐、缩合,合成脑复康中间体α 吡咯烷酮乙酸乙酯。用均匀设计和实验验证优化合成条件,并通过回归分析、蒙特卡罗模拟,使收率提高到86.5%.
The condensation and salted tests is proceed by using 2 pyrrolidone as the start material;ethyl (2-oxo-1-pyrrolidinyl) acetate of a medicinal intermediate of piracetam is synthesized. The optimum preparation condition is well presented by the method of uniform design. Simultaneously, adopting regression analysis and Monte Carlo simulated obtained the optimum polytechnic parameter. The yield of ethyl (2-oxo-1-pyrrolidinyl) acetate can reach 86.5%.
