风动选择粉碎工艺在焦化厂的应用

摘要 酒钢焦化厂在原配煤系统中增加了风动选择粉碎工艺,该工艺的实施既保证了配合煤的充分粉碎,也避免了一些不该细粉碎煤的过度粉碎。焦炭强度M40提高了1.5%~2.0%;M10改善了0.8%~1.0%;焦炉装煤能力提高了2%;岗位粉尘达到国家标准。 Pneumatic selective crushing process has been provided in the existing coal blending system of the Coking Plant of Jiuquan Iron &Steel Company. The process not only ensure fully crushing of coal blend, also can avoid over-crushing of some fine coal which should not be crushed. M40 coke strength is improved by 1.5%~2.0%; M10 is improved by 0.8%~1.0%; the charging volume of coke oven is increased by 2%; dust concentration at production post can be in accord with the national standard.
