摘要
我院甲亢药物治疗中存在的问题主要有:复查不及时,治疗量他巴唑服用时间过长,导致药物性甲低功;药量偏大导致减药速度过快;过早停药使病情反复;桥本甲亢按一般甲亢用药量等。建议对这类甲亢药物治疗病人建立专门药历,以规范检查程序和监控用药。
