摘要
采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定轻烧镁中的微量铅,用国际通用的《测量不确定度表达指南》(Guide to the Ex pression of Uncertainty in Measurement, GUM)及现代数理统计学理论对分析结果进行了不确定度评定,根据测定方法的数学模型,分析误差源,推导不确定度分量,并进行计算合成,从而对轻烧镁中微量铅测定的不确定度进行了科学的评估.
As the establishment of a programme for evaluation of the uncertainty of rapid analytical method is claimed in Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement ,the evaluation of the uncertainty of Pb measurement in calcined magnesite by GFAAS was proposed in this paper. The sources of error and its effects on the total uncertainty were analyzed. The uncertainty of results were evaluated by statistics. The collecting of various parameters and methods of calculation were illustrated. The combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty were reported .
