摘要
依据工艺试验所得数据,采用有限元软件对铝棒材挤压成形过程的温度场进行了数值模拟,得出了反映该过程温度场分布和变化情况的云图,并结合实验研究和模拟结果对其工艺规律进行了深入分析.研究结果表明:保压时间是决定工艺稳定性和制件质量的重要工艺参数,合适的保压时间可使挤压过程中变形区金属始终处于半固态,保证工艺的顺利实施.该结论为进一步设计优化工艺参数提供了理论依据.
According to the data obtained from experiment, the temperature field in this process is simulated using the FEM software. By comparing simulated results with the experiment study, the inner regularities of the process can be deeply explored, which shows that the maintaining press time which decides the stability of the process and the quality of deformed work is the most important process parameter.The proper time should guarantee that there is semi-solid metal remains in deforming areas during extrusion.The study provides a theoretic basis for parametic optimization of the bar thermal-extricsion process.
