摘要
用CuO/Al2O3脱硫吸附剂对燃煤电厂进行烟气干法脱硫是一种先进的脱硫技术.考察了脱硫剂CuO在载体的分散状态、焙烧温度对Al2O3吸附剂载体结构的影响、脱硫剂制备时要考虑的问题、脱硫反应的温度等因素对吸附剂脱硫效果的影响.实验证明:CuO在Al2O3载体上是单层分散的;焙烧温度过高会使载体烧结、脱硫活性下降,脱硫吸附剂必须用还原气体进行再生;要用Cu(NO3)2溶液做浸渍液,用等体积浸渍法制备脱硫剂;在400~430℃之间进行脱硫反应是最合适的.在合理的条件下,得到了良好的脱硫效果.
Using CuO/Al_2O_3 sorbents/catalysts to desulfurize is an advanced technology for coal-fired power plants.The paper discusses CuO/Al_2O_3 sorbents from dispersion characteristics of CuO,the influence of the temperature on Al_2O_3 support,particular preparation factors and reaction temperature.The experiment leads to the conclusion:CuO adsorbed on Al_2O_3 is monolayer dispersion;exorbitant roasting temperature will reduce performance of catalyst/carrier;the sorbents/catalysts are regenerated by reducing gas;CuO/Al_2O_3 is prepared through isometric impregnation;desulfurizing reaction temperature between 400℃ and 430℃ is optimal.On proper condition,the favorable desulfurized effect is realized.
