摘要
对Ni(naph)2 - Al(i- Bu)3 BF3·OEt2 (Ni -Al -B)体系催化丁二烯合成顺式胶进行了研究。本实验不同于将催化剂成份及少许丁二烯单独陈化,改以将催化剂组分依次加入装有要反应的丁二烯单体的试管之内,在室温下陈化一段时间,以考查此种陈化方式在不同的聚合温度下对凝胶含量及粘度的影响。研究结果表明,该方法可以得到凝胶含量低于 0. 1% (质量分数)的顺式胶,粘度为 173 21mL·g-1到 303 .03mL·g-1之间。
The polymerization of butadiene catalyzed by \[Ni(naph)_ 2-Al(i-Bu)_ 3-BF_ 3·OEt_ 2(Ni-Al-B)\]catalyst system was studied.A new aging process for accelerating the activation of the catalyst system was investigated,in which individual components of the catalyst system were added into the reacting tube containing butadiene monomers in a definite sequence in stead of the bulk addition procedure as usually used. The effects of the new process on the gel content and viscosity of the resulted polymer were examined.It was found that in the resulted polybutadiene the gel content was lower than 0.1%(mass fraction)and the viscosity was within the range of 173.21 mL·g -1 to 302.03 mL·g -1.
