摘要
运用渗透探伤、内窥镜、起声波、X射线等检测方法发现加氢反应器顶部混合气接管内壁存在大量纵向裂纹。采取的措施为把氢气和高温蒸汽混合管线与顶部的连接改为沿法线方向插入,混合气从顶部人孔上方的排气孔进入;控制升降温速率小于1℃/min;物料进罐前蒸汽和氢气先进管,物料排尽后再停蒸汽和氢气,降温碱洗,氢氧化钠质量分数小于0. 5%等。
A great many longitudinal crackings on the inwall of mixed-gas pipe connected with the top head of hydrogenation reactor are discovered by the testing methods such as penetrant inspection,endoscope,supersonic wave and X-ray.To soive the problems,the inserting direction of mixed-gas (hydrogen and high-temperature steam) pipe connected with the hydrogenation reactor top head is changed to normal direction;the mixed-gas is feeded from a exhaust hole on the top manhole;the up-and-down temperature rate is less than 1 ℃/min;the hydrogen and steam are feeded before other materials feeded in the reactor,whereas the supply of hydrogen and stesm are stooped after the reaction products taken off completely;alkali wash is done at dropped temperature,the mass fraction of sodium hydroxide is less than 0.5%.
