番鸭副粘病毒1型的分离鉴定

Isolation and identification of paramyxovirus type 1 from duck

自表现神经症状、腹泻、病死率较高、腺胃粘膜局灶性出血或溃疡及肠道粘膜出血为特征的病死番鸭肝脏中分离到病毒 ,经电镜观察、血凝及血凝抑制试验鉴定为副粘病毒 1型。以SPF鸡胚测定其平均致死时间 (MDT)为 5 1h ,对 1日龄SPF鸡的脑内接种致死指数 (ICPI)为 1 74 ,表明该毒株属强毒株。经肌肉注射途径攻击 10d雏番鸭致死率达6 6 7% 。

A strain of virus was isolated from the liver of dead muscovy ducks characterized by obvious nervous signs diarrhea,highmorbidity and mortality,focal heamorrhages in glandular stomach and enteron mucosa.It was determined to be a paramyxovirus type 1 by negative_contrast electron microscopy,HA and HI tests.The mean death time(MDT) of this isolate strain in SPF chicken embryos was 51 h,the intracerebral pathogenicity index(ICPI) of it in 1_day_old SPF chicks was 1.74.The results of pathogenicity tests stated this virus is virulent.The mortality of muscovy ducklings inoculated experimentally by intramuscular injection with the isolated virus strain was up to 66.7 %,there was indication that pararmyxovirus type 1 isolated from muscovy duck has high pathogenical to muscovy ducklings.
