病毒性脑炎患儿脑脊液白细胞介素和肿瘤坏死因子-a变化及意义

Changes of cerebrospinal fluid levels of interleukin and tumor necrosis factor-α in children with viral encephalitis and their significance.

目的 探讨病毒性脑炎患儿脑脊液白细胞介素(IL 6、IL 8、IL 10)和肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)水平变化的临床 意义。方法 应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),测定32例病毒性脑炎患儿急性期脑脊液IL 6、IL 8、IL 10及TNF α水平,与30例同龄健康儿童对照分析。结果 病毒性脑炎患儿脑脊液IL 6、IL 8、IL 10及TNF α含量明显高于对照组。结 论 IL 6、IL 8、IL 10及TNF α参与病毒性脑炎急性期脑损伤过程。免疫系统产生的细胞因子在病毒性脑炎的发生、发展及 恢复过程中有双向调节作用。

Objective To study the changes of interleukin-6, interleukin-8, interleukin-10 and tumor necrosis factor-α levels in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in children with viral encephalitis and their significance. Methods Interleukin-6, interleukin-8, interleukin-10 and tumor necrosis factor-α were determined by ELISA in 32 patients with viral encephalitis and 30 healthy children as control group.Results The levels of interleukin-6, interleukin-8, interleukin-10 and tumor necrosis factor-α levels in CSF were significantly higher in 32 patients with viral encephalitis than in normal controls.Conclusion Interleukin-6, interleukin-8, interleukin-10 and tumor necrosis factor-α were involved in the brain trauma of viral encephalitis in acute stage. Cytokines have bidirectional modulatory effects on the development and recovery in viral encephalitis.
