高糖及糖基化终末产物对脾细胞活性影响的研究

Effects of glucose and AGEs on activity of spleen cells.

目的 观察高糖及糖基化终末产物(AGEs)对脾细胞生长和胞内钙的影响。方法 MTT法测定对细胞增生活 性的影响,流式细胞仪观察细胞周期及Ca2+的变化。结果 高糖及AGEs均可使脾细胞增殖活性明显增加,且进入S期细胞 数明显增多,AGEs组脾细胞胞内Ca2+水平升高。结论 糖尿病时脾细胞内钙增加,可能使脾细胞增殖能力增强。

Objective To observe the effect of glucose and AGEs on the growth and \ i of spleen cells.Methods The spleen cells were exposed to glucose and AGEs. The proliferation was measured by MTT assay, and the change of cells cycles and \ i were observed by flow cytometer (FCM).Results Glucose and AGEs promoted the growth of spleen cells. FCM results showed that the cells in S phase and \ i obviously increased.Conclusion The increased \ i maybe result in the proliferation of spleen cells on diabetes.
