The effect of the γδT cells level in peripheral blood of patients with esophageal carcinoma to the Th1/Th2 cytokines

摘要 目的探讨食管癌患者外周血γδT细胞水平及对Th1/Th2细胞因子的影响。方法用流式细胞仪测定46例食管癌患者、28例本院健康职工外周血γδT细胞在淋巴细胞中的百分率和血浆中Th1/Th2细胞因子的含量。结果两组比较γδT细胞有显著性意义,Th1类因子有显著性意义,Th2类细胞因子无显著性意义。结论食管癌患者γδT细胞水平显著低于正常人群,γδT细胞可以通过分泌细胞因子调节和维护机体Th1/Th2的免疫平衡。 Objective To study the effect of the γδT cells level in peripheral blood of patients with esophageal carcinoma to the Th1/Th2 cytokines. Methods Determine and analysis the γδT cell and Th1/Th2 cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with esophageal carcinoma by flow cytometry. Patient group consisted of 46 cases with esophageal carcinoma. Control group consisted of 28 cases of healthy donors. Results γδT cell and Th1 cytokines are significant, Th2 cytokines are not significant, between the groups. Conclusions γδT cells in peripheral blood of patients with esophageal carcinoma was significantly lower than the healthy donors. γδT cells activated can regulate and maintain status of immune balance of Th1/Th2 by secreting the cytokines.
