二维超声心动图与左室造影测定左室射血分数的关系 被引量:1

Relationship Correspondence and Agreement of Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction Determinations from Two-Dimensional Echocardiography and Left Ventriculography

摘要 目的:探讨二维超声心动图与左室造影法测定左室射血分数(LVEF)的相关性和一致性。方法:检测左室造影并于同期行二维超声心动图检查的42例患者的LVEF,计算2种方法的相关系数和一致性范围。结果:二维超声心动图与左室造影法测定左室射血分数呈正相关(r=0.467,P<0.01),两者一致性范围是(-5.0%~24.6%)。结论:二维超声心动图与左室造影法测定LVEF相关性明显,一致性较好。 Objective To analyze the correspondence and agreement of left ventricular ejection fraction LVEF between 2-D echo and left ventriculographyLVG. Methods To determinate the LVEF of 42 cases with 2-D echo and LVG respectively and calculate the linear correlation coefficient and limits of agreement. Results The correlation coefficient r of LVEF between 2-D echo and LVG was 0.467 P < 0.01. The agreement of LVEF between 2-D echo and LVG was -5.0%~24.6%. Conclusion Determination of LVEF with 2-D echo and LVG respectively is acceptable in clinic due to the good correspondence and agreement.
