摘要
利用化学沉淀法成功地制备了超细γ MnO2,并对样品进行了不同温度的晶化处理,采用热分析 ( TG/DSC )、粒径分布 ( PDS )、X 射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、循环伏安、恒电流放电、电化学阻抗谱等方法对样品的热稳定性、颗粒大小、晶体结构及电化学性能进行了表征和测试。研究结果表明晶化处理温度对样品的结构和电化学性能有较大影响,200℃晶化处理过的样品电化学性能最好。
γ-MnO2 with utrafine powder was synthesized by means of a chemical precipitation, and then was calcined at 200 and 400°C. The physical properties and electrochemical performance of the samples were examined by the means of TG-DSC, PSD, X-ray diffraction, IR, galvanostatic discharge, cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impendence spectroscopy. The experiment results showed that calcination treatment has remarkable effects on the crystal structure and electrochemical performance of the samples. The sample treated at 200°C displayed the best electrochemical performance.
