摘要 从制备工艺、组织结构及其性能的角度综述了晶态SiC-BN及非晶Si-B-C-N陶瓷材料的研究进展情况,并对碳化硅-氮化硼及非晶Si-B-C-N陶瓷材料的研究方向提出一些见解。 The preparation, phase composition and properties of crystal SiC-BN and amorphous Si-B-C-N ceramic matrix composites are reviewed. The future trends of the studies on these materials are also presented.
