摘要
研究了γ-TiAl基合金的室温拉伸性能与断裂韧度随晶粒尺寸变化的关系。结果表明:晶粒尺寸较大的近全层组织的室温拉伸性能低于晶粒尺寸较小的双态组织的拉伸性能;然而前者的室温断裂韧度要高于后者的室温断裂韧度;拉伸性能与断裂韧度与晶粒尺寸变化而出现相反的变化规律是由于两种试验时断裂途径取样体积的不同所致。
Relationship between tensile properties and fracture toughness and their dependence on grain sizes of γ-TiAl alloys at room temperature was investigated. The results show that tensile properties of near fully lamellar microstructure with bigger grains were lower than those of duplex microstructure with smaller grains. However, fracture toughness of the fermer was higher than that of the latter. Inverse relationship between tensile properties and fracture toughness are explained by the difference in sampling volumes between tensile testing and toughness testing.
