钛网联合钢板前路重建胸腰椎爆裂骨折 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨钛网联合钢板前路重建胸腰椎爆裂骨折的临床疗效。方法采用钛网联合钢板前路重建胸腰椎爆裂骨折28例。结果随访5~18月,平均11.5月。本组患者切口全部一期愈合,无感染和神经损伤加重等并发症,随访中无明显的后凸角丢失和高度丢失。无内固定松动和钛网移位。脊髓功能均有不同程度的恢复。结论胸腰椎前方减压、椎体间钛网及Z-Plate钢板固定重建是治疗严重胸腰椎爆裂骨折的理想方法之一。
