摘要
目的 :建立中国数字化可视人体眼外肌的三维可视化模型。方法 :应用中国数字化数据集 ,选取从眶顶到眶底的连续横断面图像 ,在PC机上对眼眶、眼球、眼外肌及视神经等结构进行计算机三维重建并立体显示。结果 :建立了眼外肌及相关结构的三维可视化模型 ,重建后的结构可多色立体显示 ,既能单独显示 ,也可任意搭配显示或总体显示 ,可在三维空间位置上绕任意轴旋转任意角度。结论 :眼外肌的可视化数字模型 ,将有助于教学 ,并可为眼外肌疾病的影像诊断和外科手术提供参考。
Objective:To establish 3-D visible human model of extraocular muscles.Methods:Corss-sectional images between the superior wall and the inferior wall of the orbit from the Chinese visible human data set were reviewed on a section-by-section basis.Three-dimensional computerized reconstructions of orbit,extraocular muscles and optic nerves were generated from these data using an computer and imaging software.Results:All the reconstructed structures could be displayed by multiple structuresand color modes,individually or jointly,and could be rotated around any spatial axis.Conclusion:The digital visible human model of extraocular muscles will be helpful to anatomy teaching and the diagnosis and operation of the diseases derived from the extraocular muscles.
