It is the objective basis of the map express for the qualitative and quantitative specific property of planimetric feature and its relation of time and space.In this paper the authors give the mathematical definition for the relation concepts,and,that from the three-dimensional space to the earth ellipsoid surface and from the earth ellipsoid surface to two-dimensional map plane there existed homeomorphism relations are proofed according to the topological principles.Thereby,it gives the mathematical basis and theoretic explain for the map space cognition.
