作者基于多媒体电子地图制作软件TeleAtlas3 0 ,结合《武汉数码路路通》多媒体电子地图的设计与制作 ,总结出城市多媒体电子地图集设计与实现的基本思路。在概述了多媒体电子地图集的发展现状以及城市多媒体电子地图集的功能后 ,简要地介绍了多媒体电子地图集的开发环境 ,详细地描述了城市多媒体电子地图集的设计与制作过程 ,并以《武汉数码路路通》

The author summarizes the basic method of designing and producing the City Multimedia Electronic Atlas based on the software about Multimedia Electronic Map named as TeleAtlas3.0,meanwhile,relating with the design and production of 《Wuhan electric Atlas》.As for the structure of this paper,it firstly summarizes the developing status of the Multimedia Electric Atlas and functions of the City Multimedia Electric Atlas.Then it simply introduces the developing environment of the Multimedia Electric Atlas,describes the process of the design and production of the City Multimedia Electric Atlas in detail.In the end,it cites the design and production of a City Multimedia Electric Atlas named as 《Wuhan electric Atlas》 to analyze in illustration of this process.On the whole,this paper provides a method about how to design and produce the City Multimedia Electric Atlas.
