摘要
用双灵敏度VISAR测试爆炸箔起爆器的飞片速度历史。通过对飞片表面镀膜处理,消除了爆炸箔爆炸自发光产生的干扰,增加了飞片的反射率。在爆炸箔宽360μm,厚8.4μm,加速膛直径为1.2 mm,飞片厚0.12 mm,放电回路充电电压为4.5 kV,放电周期为750 ns的条件下,飞片最大速度为4.1 km/s,飞片加速时间约为150 ns,飞片达到最大速度的飞行距离约为0.3 mm。
A double sensitivity velocity interferometer for any reflector (VISAR) system is used to measure the flyer velocity of electrically exploding foil initiator. The flyer surface is treated by plating a metal film, which eliminates the interference caused by bridge foil exploding, and enhances the reflectivity of the flyer surface. For a exploding foil initiation system (EFIs) with a 0.36 mm wide and 8.4 μm thick bridge foil, and a 1.2 mm diameter and 0.12 mm thickness flyer, under 4.5 kV charge, the peak flyer velocity is 4.1 km/s, the accelerating duration is about 150 ns, and the displacement of the flyer is about 0.3 mm till reaching the peak velocity.
