拐枣果梗中有机酸成分的GC-MS分析 被引量:26

Analysis of Organic Acids in Hovenia Dulcis Thunb Peduncle by GC-MS

摘要 采用硫酸甲酯化处理拐枣果梗样品,用GC-MS联用法分析其有机酸含量。共确认19种酸性成分,其中多元酸9种,脂肪酸10种,占总峰面积的97.11%。结果表明,拐枣果梗中苹果酸的含量最高,占22.88%;还含有多种不饱和高级脂肪酸,总量为9.71%,其中亚麻酸和亚油酸含量分别为5.06%和3.35%。 The organic acids in Hovenia dulcis Thunb peduncle were methylated,and then analyzed by a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. 19 acidic compounds were identified and they represent 97.11% of the total peak aeras. 9 compounds of them belong to polyhydric acids and 10 of them belongs to fatty acids. The results showed that malic acid was the highest amount component of these compounds and it represents over 22.88%. There are many kinds of unsaturated higher fatty acids in Hovenia dulcis Thunb peduncle and the total content of them was 9.71%. The content of linolenic acid and linoleic acid were 5.06% and 3.35% respectively.
