摘要
用特殊抗原免疫母鸡,并从免疫蛋中获取特异性抗体(IgY)已受到人们的关注。文章重点介绍了免疫蛋抗体IgY的理化性质和制备方法,并结合食源性疾病诊断与治疗以及我国食品工业发展的趋势,对IgY的应用前景进行了论述。
An attention was drawn on IgY isolated from immunized eggs laid by hens immunized with specific antigens. The physico-chemical characteristics,preparation methods and application of IgY in disease prevention, analysis and food industry were summarized in this paper.
