摘要
维权既是工会的天职,也是工会工作中一个需要不断探索和不断实践的问题。维权的核心问题是维护劳动经济权益;关键问题是提高维权能力和水平,重点问题是增强维权实效。
It is the Workers' Union's duty to protect people's rights and interests,and ways of achieving this goal need to be explored,This article deals with several points,namely workers' economic rights as a core issue,workers'capability and qualification as a key issue,and efficiency as an important issue.
