摘要
利用血红蛋白在十二烷基磺酸钠阴离子表面活性剂胶束体系中生物催化合成水溶性导电聚苯胺/十二烷基磺酸复合物(PANI/SDS), 讨论了不同反应体系及溶液 pH 值对聚合反应产物的影响. 结果表明该反应具有明显的 pH 值依赖性, pH (1.0~4.0)是合成导电聚苯胺所必需的, 其最适pH值为3.0, 聚苯胺由导电的翠绿亚胺盐转变为本征态发生在pH10.4. 用元素分析法、紫外-可见分光光度法、FT-IR、循环伏安法、粘度测试、电导率测试、热重分析法等对 PANI/SDS复合物表征, 结果表明该复合物具有较好的热稳定性和可逆的电化学活性.
A biocatalytic route for the synthesis of a water soluble and conducting complex of polyaniline (PANI)/sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS) was presented. Hemoglobin as the biocatalyst was used in SDS anion surfactant. The effects of different reaction systems and pH on polymerization reaction of aniline were studied. The SDS micellar-templated polymerization of aniline is strongly pH-dependent in this case. A wider range at low pH (1.0similar to4.0) was required to produce the conducting PANI, optimal pH was 3.0 and the transition from emeraldine salt to emeraldine base form of PANI occurred at about pH 10.4 in this anionic micellar system. Elemental analysis, UV-Vis, FT-IR, cyclic voltammetry, viscosity, conductivity and TGA studies on the characters of PANI/SDS complex indicate the presence of a thermally stable and reversible electrochemical active form of PANI.
