Technical and Economic Analysis of Structural Residential Building

钢结构住宅在我国得到了越来越多的重视,要推广钢结构住宅,除了解决钢结构住宅中建筑、结构的特殊问题,还应提高 钢结构住宅的综合经济指标。本文对在我国最常见的多层住宅和小高层住宅采用钢结构和混凝土结构时的技术经济指 标进行了对比分析,并总结了钢结构住宅设计的特点。

Steel structural residential buildings gained more and more attention in China. To popularize Steel structural residential buildings, it is both important to resolve the special problem of architecture and structure, and to improve the integrated economy index of this kind of residential buildings. This paper presents a comparison between the steel structure and concrete structure of the low- rise and the multistory residential buildings, which is more popular in China.
