摘要
目的探讨血脂与脂肪肝的关系。方法从2002年3月-2003年4月在珠海国际旅行卫生保健中心门诊部健康体检者中整群抽取完整资料813例,对男女性别脂肪肝检出率进行比较;对不同年龄组、不同性别脂肪肝检出率进行比较;对不同血脂分组的脂肪肝检出率进行比较。采用 SPSS10.0软件包进行数据处理和统计分析。用 X^2检验进行组间比较。结果男性脂肪肝检出率27.8%,高于女性脂肪肝检出率10.6%(P<0.01)。不同年龄组脂肪肝检出率(男女合计)差异有显著性(P<0.01);不同年龄组男性脂肪肝检出率差异有显著性(P<0.01);不同年龄组女性脂肪肝检出率15.1%。差异有显著性(P<0.01)。单纯高甘油三脂组脂肪肝检出率与正常血脂组脂防肝检出率差异有显著性(P<0.01);单纯高胆固醇组脂肪肝检出率与正常血脂组脂肪肝检出率差异无显著性(P>0.05);血脂两项均高组脂肪肝检出率与正常血脂组脂肪肝检出率差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论高血脂与脂肪肝有密切的关系,尤以血脂成分中甘油三脂关系密切。
Objectives To investigate on relationship between blood-fat and fatty liver.Methods A total of 813 cases with complete data the check-up people of Zhuhai international travel health care center from Mar.2002 to Apr.2003 are compared,the fatty liver finding rate among different age-groups and different sex-groups are compared and the fatty liver finding rate among different blood-lipid levels groups are compared.To use SPSS 10.0 software,chispuare test,etc,the data is analysed.Results The fatty liver finding rare of men(27.8%)is higher than that of women(10.6%)(p<0.01).There is statistically significant difference in fatty liver finding rate among different age-groups(p<0.01).There is significant difference in fatty liver finding rate among the differen age— groups men and women(p<0.01).There is statistically significant difference in fatty liver finding rate between hyperlipemia group and normal blood-lipid group(p<0.01).There is significant differece between hyperglyc- eridemia group and normal blood-lipid group(P<0.01).There is no statistically significant difference between hypercholesterolemia group and normal blood--lipid group(p<0.05).There is statistically significant difference in fatty liver finding rate between normal blood--lipid group and hyperglyceridemia and hypercholesterolemia group(p <0.01).Conclusions There is significant correlation between the fatty liver and blood--lipid,especially triglyceride level.
