摘要
目的:开发一种新型液体栓塞剂———BCD液体合剂,寻找BCD合剂中各种成分的最佳配比,评价其安全性和有效性。方法:21只新西兰大白兔,右侧股动脉切开插管至一侧肾动脉,注入BCD合剂0.2~0.4ml,定期复查观察栓塞效果和组织病理学变化。结果:BCD合剂通过4FCobra导管和Tracker-18微导管均无困难,未发生堵管、粘管情况,亚急性和慢性期造影未见血管再通,光镜检查示轻度炎性细胞浸润和血管内膜增厚。结论:BCD合剂栓塞血管安全有效,是一种较为理想的液体栓塞剂。
Objective To develop a new liquid embolic agent-cellulose acetate with bismuth trioxideBi2O3 dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxideDMSO abbreviated BCD. To observe the best proportion of BCD mixture and to evaluate its safety and efficiency. Methods Twenty-one rabbits were used for the study and right renal artery was embolized. Angiographic and histopathologic evaluation were made at 24h 7 days 30 days after the embolization procedure. Results There was no difficulty in delivering BCD mixture through 4F Cobra catheter and Tracker-18 microcatheter and no occurrence of catheter obstruction. Scattered inflammatory cells and thickened intima of vessel were observed microscopically. Conclusion BCD mixture is safe and is an ideal liquid embolic mixture.
