上引熔铜炉炉体和铜液的净化工艺 被引量:2

摘要 长期使用的上引炉壁和炉内存在着大量杂质和有害元素 ,采用半清炉的工艺 ,在停止上引的条件下进行清炉以除炉壁粘着物 ,并进一步对炉内铜液进行微氧化和化学造渣 ,可有效地清除炉内各种夹杂物 ,以及铜液中的悬浮物和氧化杂物 ,从而可有效的改善上引铜管坯的内在质量 ,大大减少管坯的微裂纹 ,使铜管的加工性能得到了很大的改善。 There exists a large amount of impurities and detrimental element in furnace wall and inside up-drawing furnace after long time.The various impurities in fumace as well as suspensive inclusion and oxidization inclusion in liquid copper can be eliminated by cleaning adhersion imclusion on the furnace wall in the condition of stoping up-drawing through adopting semi-furnace-cleaned method and making micro-oxidizing and chemical slag-making for liquid copper,so the quality of the copper pipe-billet produced by up-drawing method was effectively improved and the micro-crack in the pipe was greatly decreased.The working performance of the copper pipe was greatly improved also.
