人食管癌及宫颈癌组织中HSP70基因的表达

Expression of HSP70 Gene in Human Oesophageal and Cervical Carcinoma Tissues

目的 了解HSP70基因在不同癌组织中的表达情况。方法 采用人的HSP70基因探针P1 7与从人食管癌及宫颈癌组织中提取的RNA进行Northernblot。结果 食管癌和宫颈癌组织中出现的杂交信号均比正常组织强。结论 HSP70基因在癌组织中有高表达。HSP70可能在癌变过程中起着重要的作用。

Objective To explore the expression of heat shock protein 70(HSP70) gene in various carcin oma tissues.Methods The RNA extracted from human oesophageal and cervical carcinoma tissues were sub jected to Northern blot by using human HSP70 gene probe.Results The blotting signals in oesophageal and cervical carcinoma tissues were stronger than that in normal tissue.Conclusion HSP70 gene was highly expressed in carcinoma tissue and might play an important role in canceration. [
