摘要
针对马钢三钢厂异型坯结晶器 ,建立了相应的数学模型 ,利用有限元软件ANSYS的流热耦合功能计算了钢水的凝固过程 ,采用等效比热法考虑了凝固潜热。在此基础上耦合计算了连铸坯的热应力 ,以及成裂指数 ,计算结果和现场规律吻合 ,为现场工艺优化提供很好的参考作用。
In this paper the fluid flow and solidification in beam blank continuous casting mold (dimension of cross section 750 mm×450 mm×120mm) that used in No.3 steel plant of Ma'anshan iron and steel company was analyzed by using numerical model. We study the solidification used the commercial code ANSYS in the mold by coupling of fluid flow and temperature filed, and the latent heat during the molten metal solidification has been treated by the way of equivalent specific heat. Then the thermo-mechanical coupling anlysis on the shell was given. The results are consistent with the principle of the plant.
