This paper Introduces the depth carbonation evaporation process.The company has adjusted process flow and reformed process tools.Through increasing the evaporation concentration of pregnant liquor in carbonation process , the aim of decreasing red mud production and alumina breakage has been achieved, and the sintering kiln pressure remitted.
