摘要
我国区县旅游发展规划基本处于开发性规划阶段,并正进入到关键的整合与规范化时期。区县旅游规划的历史使命和现实要求,决定了在其编制及实施过程中,必须树立旅游可持续发展和品牌化经营旅游目的地两大目的性核心理念。核心理念及其原则的确立,对推动我国区县旅游业的合理有序发展乃至各省市旅游发展总体战略的实现、提升具重要现实意义。
As a whole,County Tourism Development Planning in China (CTDPC) is located at initial stages,and is entering into a period of conformity and criterion. Sustainable tourism and tourism destination of brand management must become the two core ideas to cope with historical mission and realistic objectives of CTDPC. It has realistic meaning for advancing tourism of counties and realizing the development strategy of provinces or cities.
