摘要
以修改后的《工会法》为依托,在分析工会发挥维护职工权益作用基础上,详细介绍天津工业大学工会在代表和维护女教职工合法权益、促进女工素质提高方面的做法和成绩,最终建立以维权为目标的工会工作激励机制。
We should take the revised《 Trade Union Law》 as the support, on the basis of the function of making the analyses on the trade union and bringing the maintenance of the rights and interests of the workers and staff members, we will introduce the ways of work and results on the aspects which represents and maintains the legitimate rights and interests of the female workers and staff members of the trade union of Tianjin University of Polytechnics and promotes to improve the quality of the female workers, at last, we can establish trade union work encourage mechanism with the maintenance of the rights and interests as the target.
