以实际应用和批量生产为目标,采用GPS法对Si_3N_4球的烧结进行了研究。性能测试表明GPS法烧结的Si_3N_4球致密度高、材质均匀、韧性好。装配轴承实用考核使用寿命达2300小时,为金属轴承寿命的3倍多。

For application and extent production, study on Si3N4 ball of sintering by GPS. The properties inspection statement densification、 homogeneous phase, fracture toughness is excellence on the Si3N4 ball. The life of bearing with Si3N4 ball of GPS is 2300 hours、three times than bearing with metal ball.
