摘要
在我国,认购书广泛存在于商品房买卖过程中,其问题层出不穷。为解决诸多问题,政府及主管部门应实施相应的立法支持,完善相关制度;司法部门应向保护购房者利益倾斜;民间组织也应发挥其作用;房地产发展商应保持诚信,加速行业标准的形成;购房者须增强法律意识。
In China, purchase confirmation is widely used in the process of commercial housing dealing. However, there are a lot of problems concerning it. In order to solve all the problems, the government and the competent authorities should implement the relevant legislation and perfect relevant systems. Judicial department should protect the buyer's benefit. Nongovernmental body should bring into play. Real estate developer should keep honest and accelerate the formation of trade standard.The purchaser should strengthen legal consciousness.
