in this paper we discribe the determination, homogeneity andstability about the Primary CRM's of synthetic dyestuff for food additive Amaranth, Ponceau 4R, Tartrazine,Brilliant Blue and Sunset Yellow. These CRM/Swere determined by redution method and high performance Liquid Chromatography. The uncertainty of purity are ± 0.8%.
