Respondence of Sample Temperature during Straight-Line Ion Implantation

摘要 There are many advantages of material surface modification by ion beam, such as the ions are selected freely and the temperature of specimens is unconfined during the process of implantation. Due to the conduction of energy provided by the implanted ions,it will bring about the respondence of sample temperature which promotes the compound to form, integrate and diffuse efficiently.
